Maple-braised ham for 8 hours, apple and maple sausage from the Jean Talon market, maple-glazed bacon, baked beans with bacon, maple scrambled eggs, homemade duck rillettes, crisse ears, toasted sourdough bread, breakfast potatoes and mesclun.
Double trapper’s bison benedict - 24
Two poached eggs on a slice of sourdough bread topped with pulled bison braised in red wine and Labrador tea, topped with a hollandaise sauce with old-fashioned mustard, and served with mesclun salad and breakfast potatoes.
Cheesecake and candied apple filled French toast duo - 16
2 beautiful slices of French toast filled with cinnamon cheesecake cream and candied apples, served with homemade granola, caramel popcorn, maple syrup, and maple whipped cream.

Breakfast potatoes, button mushrooms, bell peppers, caramelized onions, candied apples in a creamy sauce with Quebec cider and old-fashioned mustard, all gratined with cheese curds and topped with a sunny-side egg.

Crispy Cajun-spiced Québec chicken on a waffle with avocado purée and old cheddar cheese gratined, homemade honey mustard sauce, baby spinach and mirror egg. Accompanied by mesclun salad.
