At Caribou Gourmand, we revisit Québec terroir cuisine with a modern twist.
The chef and her team invite you to enjoy creative and tasty dishes, highlighting the treasures of our local producers, without forgetting the homemade desserts of our pastry chef.
It's the ideal place for a dinner of amazing wild meats or a creative local brunch, all in a relaxed atmosphere, indoors or on our large sunny terrace.

Tartiflettes evenings
🧀 It's the big comeback for Thursday and Friday evenings starting January 29🧀
Purely from Quebec as always, with Lemeric cheese from Warwick Cheese Factory, which is very similar to French Reblochon.
Every generous portion (400g minimum) will be accompanied by a salad to help wash it all down.
But that's not all... we're adding a new recipe: :
- The traditional with bacon.
- or with pulled duck confit
- and NEW... with smoked meat

And to finish on a sweet note, our pastry chef Audrey's desserts will delight your taste buds!

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions to help you.
Many options are available to you:
By car, you can park on Saint Laurent boulevard or in nearby streets.
By bus, take route 55 and stop at Maguire street.
By metro, Laurier station on the orange line (about a 10-minute walk).
By bike, with a Bixi station right next door on Maguire street.
Yes, vegetarian options are listed on the menu. Look for the little leaf next to our menu items!
For gluten intolerance, options are available. Don't hesitate to ask.
However, we work with wheat flour in many preparations, and cross-contamination is still a possibility.
We want to offer children a culinary experience as interesting as their parents'. That's why we've decided to offer some dishes from the dinner menu in half-size format at half price. For brunch, there are 3 sweet or savoury plates always available for children under 12.
Of course we do! You can book online for up to 15 guests.
