Nouveau menu de Printemps
Le printemps s'installe enfin dans le Mile End, et avec lui, une envie de fraîcheur et de nouvelles saveurs boréales !
Au Caribou Gourmand, nous célébrons le réveil de la nature avec une carte qui met à l'honneur les trésors de notre terroir québécois.
Laissez-vous tenter par la finesse de notre tataki de bœuf wagyu, le croquant de nos carottes rôties au miel des Cantons-de-l'Est ou l'audace de notre tartare de loup marin des Îles de la madeleine.
Pour les amateurs de plats signatures, nos gnocchis de la mer au crabe rouge et notre célèbre burger de wapiti au fromage Léméric vous attendent pour un moment de pur plaisir.
Et pour finir sur une note sucrée, laissez-vous séduire par les créations de notre cheffe pâtissière Audrey. Que vous craquiez pour la délicate fraîcheur de printemps aux fraises et à l'hibiscus, l'élégante tartelette passionnément bleuet ou notre surprenante charlotte au chocolat, la gourmandise sera plus que jamais au rendez-vous !
Spring Brunch
🍁 Spring has arrived at the Caribou Gourmand brunch!🍁
🦌As the milder weather settles into the Mile End, the whole team is thrilled to unveil our new spring brunch menu.
We are proud to collaborate with our local artisans: St-Viateur bagels, Chabot bakery croissants, and Jean-Talon Market sausages.
On the savory side, discover our Double Terroir Benedict with pulled wild boar, or the Spring Croissant with grilled halloumi. Fiercer appetites will turn to the unmissable Caribou Plate.
On the sweet side, Audrey let her creativity run wild. Don't miss the star of the season: The Trompe l'Oeil (the sweet burger). Served in a large cream puff with royal chocolate mousse and churro fries, it will amaze your taste buds! Let yourself also be tempted by our Maxi strawberry and hibiscus French toast.
Pair it all with a Blueberry Mimosa or a maple iced latte.
Menu available from Friday to Sunday.

Many options are available to you:
By car, you can park on Saint Laurent boulevard or in nearby streets.
By bus, take route 55 and stop at Maguire street.
By metro, Laurier station on the orange line (about a 10-minute walk).
By bike, with a Bixi station right next door on Maguire street.
Yes, vegetarian options are listed on the menu. Look for the little leaf next to our menu items!
For gluten intolerance, options are available. Don't hesitate to ask.
However, we work with wheat flour in many preparations, and cross-contamination is still a possibility.
We want to offer children a culinary experience as interesting as their parents'. That's why we've decided to offer some dishes from the dinner menu in half-size format at half price. For brunch, there are 3 sweet or savoury plates always available for children under 12.
Of course we do! You can book online for up to 15 guests.
